I've been wondering that too...besides my job at church, my job at the city allows me to practice what my kids(Junior Highers) are going through at school.  I have to be that light, and shine there.  It's so easy to &quot;fit in&quot; and still be good.  And I've found it easy to let people know I'm a Christian and still not be set apart.  I think being transformed by the Word(Romans 12), and living with the purpose is the key!!  Awesome thoughts Bro!!
