Title of the post says it all! I really wish they’d get their act together. I’m a huge fan of HP Products, but not a fan of their support department. I’ve been waiting for a refund for nearly 2 months now. It’s pretty bad. Finally got someone here in the United States, breath of fresh air. Nothing against my Indian brothers…but everything against the way the HP overseas support department handles things.
