Where you at?

I can’t believe it, my semester is finally gonna start. Kinda late some would say. But it’s all good! I am continually awespired by God and how he orders our steps. I am very much looking forward to getting started with Campus Crusade and being a part of the leadership and planning team. This particular blog I’m gonna share a little about how real Proverbs 16:9 has been to me as of late.

Keepin Up

So whats happening folks? Whats God bringing your way? How are you growing? Hopefully not, but whats makin ya shrink?

God’s beauty surrounds us. Here on earth God lets us get a tiny taste of who He is. Today I was in Tahoe snowboarding with my Big brother Alex, and two buds, Jimmy and Tara. Wow, talk about beauty! The sky was clear as glass, and we caught one of the best views I’ve seen of Lake Tahoe. Snow white mountains surrounding a perfectly blue lake. Folks think about it, thats just a sample of God’s beauty.

Psalm 36: 5-6
(5) Your love, O LORD , reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. (6) Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep.

Busy and Bustl’n

These past few weeks have been action packed. No School, Christmas, San Diego. What have yoooooouuuuuuuuuu been up to? I learned so much in S.D. Powerful speakers, Great bonding, Worship!

I think of all the things I learned in S.D. the greatest challenge was to love God whole heartedly. I’ve found myself so often wrapped up in doing good things thinking that that was my love for God. But really, I replaced that intimate relationship with service.

I’m not one to make new years resolutions, and this year is no exception, I’m not making any “new year” resolutions. However, I have made some new commitments.
